Robert has been in legal practice since 1982 and is an Accredited Business Law Specialist. He is a member of the Franchise Council of Australia and the Franchise Association of New Zealand, as well as being the only Australian member of the International Franchise Lawyers Association. 

 

Rob specialises in preparing franchising documentation, licensing and distribution agreements, retail leasing and franchise dispute resolution. He has been instrumental in the establishment within Australia and New Zealand of many overseas brands.
